Behaviour Male would follow female around, usually head to tail until he got on the correct side. He would then swim side by side using the modified anal fin as a coaxing item. Male and female typically would end up in a mat of java moss as the spawning took place. Originally, the fish had spawned as I was bringing them home. I had found 10-12 yellow eggs in the container they were brought home in.
Eggs There were 30 eggs laid which were 0.0mm in diameter.
Segregation Everyone was kept in the same tank. school of 20 neon tetras were also in with them.
