i decided to re arange my tank, added alot more large and small pebels, took out 50% of my plants.


now my l46's are eating loads, they are extremly active, both are out 80% of the time, and both love to swim up the glass!

hello, i decided i would get rid of my group of l134's. i got 2 l46's! captive bred, around 18months old. they are in a comunity tank, with 16 gold lasers corydoras, female and male cockatoo, and few wild guppy, and a little red bristolnose, and lots and lots of shrimp! when geting food for the l134...

i have 9 l134's 3 of the males are fanning, they defently arnt on eggs, they been fanning just over 2 weeks now, what else could be making them do that?

thank you for ur replys, i have no question about raising the fry, i normally puit them into ther own tank and do 5 to 7 water changes a day, i find this method very sucessful.

wonder how u manged to triger them to spawn? what was ur p.h, and hardness?

2 of the ones i got rid of was haird up now, have been for a month. easy to spot a male, very hard to spot a female.

hi i brought these fish a year ago, finking they was a certain fish, but as time goes on i am douting them, can people giv me there feed back on what they think they are.

hi, alot of people say sexing l134's (lepord frog's) are easy.. i personally find it hard to sex them! finding males is easy if they in spawning season.. due to the hairs! i also read an article about the vent being orange on the females! me and a friend looked at 14 l134's and none had orange vents...

i found they will eat anything! just not greens!

they grown extremly quick.. before u know it they wil b massive!
