I've used Kordon Rid Ich Plus with no problem. I combined Kordon Rid Ich Plus (follow package directions exactly) with 1 tablespoon of salt per 5 gallons and slowly raised the temp to 86F. It is hard to tell from that video. However, it looks like it might be ich. It is probably a good idea to try and catch the fish to have a better look at it.

My vote is for L-264. I don't have any myself, as of yet, but that is what I will be getting next. I just love the way that they look. They are beautiful and don't get too big either.

Why not upgrade to a 20 gallon? if this were a 20 gallon, I would say, I think you might be able to get away with your proposed fish stockplan. However, 15g is probably too small for any long term success with the proposed stocking plan. I would upgrade to a 20 gallon, plant heavily, wait 4-6 months...
