temp drop question

My tank temp is set at 75F and room temp is 65F, when I do a cooler water change, should I unplug my heater? If so how long should I leave the heater unplugged? thanks

Is 75F too high for S. barbatus?

LFS has some S. barbatus, I would like to add a pair to my mixed cory tank, but from reading their profile, they like it cool and my tank is at 75F. Will it be a mistake?

Freeze dried tubifex

Hi, any tricks on feeding freeze dried tubifex worms to corys? Will they eventually sink if you saoked them long enough?

If anyone in the Toronto area wants them, let me know.

Thanks for the replies.

lol just a day after I made this post the bronze finally decided to spawn. They laid their eggs on the glass. I moved them into their own tank and into a quiet room a week ago. I think they needed their privacy

Is Java moss or a spawning mop necessary to get cories spawning mood?
