I got this guy at the weekend and he was labelled as a long finned ancistrus.
He is absolutely tiny, full length only around 2-2.5cm and half of that is his tail.
He's out and about and is lively and seems oblivious to the big guys around him.
He looks very dark/black with grey/blue spots and markings.
The pics don't really show the extent of the large fins compared to his overall size, but his tail looks huge compared to the rest of him.

I have another of these without the long fins, but no bristles to speak of, same colour scheme though.
Had it for a year now and around 7cm.
and another....
Black with cream/beige spots about 5cm.

Would these again be variants of the Ancistrus cf_cirrhosus as well.

Most likely, depends on where you purchased them from, but generally, most pet stores carry this fish. Males have bristles around the edge of the 'face', and up the middle, and females only a few around the edge. At 7cm they have a bit more growing to do.

Colouring does vary, but they generally lose the white edges to the fin as they grow - you'll see lots of pictures if you click the purple text above.
