Spotted Synodontis

This little guy was labeled as a Synodontis Longirostris. There was only one fish in the tank that matched the pictures of that type. The other 3 looked different. Couldn't help myself, I had to get one. Very cool looking fish but can't seem to identify exactly which Synodontis he is.

The only images I found that were close to mine were labeled Zebra Hybrid, which isn't all that helpful. The other fish in the tank that looked like the pictures of Longirostris had several small spots consistant over its whole body and head. The other ones were like mine, with the few large spots and tiny spots on the head.

I looked through all the species of Synodontis in the Cat-eLog and my picture matches up with the Synodontis sp. hybrid(5)

Yeah I suppose it is Just feel like an idiot for not seeing and posting what you had already said. Anyways, Thanks again. Glad to have the little guy identified!
Wish the care information on his type wasn't so vague, nothing really gave specifics. Did find somewhere that they were "Peaceful" and got up to 9 inches. Hope the peaceful part is true...

Very cool looking little fish! I hope he makes it and is happy. Turns out upon further inspection, when I got home with him, he has a normal fin and one tiny one... my luck. I seem to be a magnet for deformed catfish. I have a Peppered Corycat with both fins quite deformed. He's doing fine but we've had a few struggles.

It is very possible it will need similar care as Synodontis decora as this would be one of the parents and seems to be more predominant.
But it may also take on the behaviour of the other parent which is harder to discern.
