L181 or L059??

Post by stephan333 »

Hi there,
last week I bought an ancistrus sp. what should be an L059.
When I compared the new fish witch is a male with my L059 female's there where quite some differences.
I have been reading different story's about those two.

some pictures are attached (photobucket doesnt work a.t.m)

Hi,

I think that it's none of both options, but it's difficult to say with these pictures.
Do you also have pictures without stress colouration ?
Pictures showing the pattern of the caudal fin and the number of branched fin rays in the dorsal would also help.

Cheers,
