Imported fm Suriname. abt 5inch TL

I'm not convinced it is, but the only decent photo doesn't show a true side-on photo..the caudal fin doesn't look as forked as the fish above. I'm not saying it's not, just am not sure the photos are good enough for a comparison. Your fish does look like a male though.

Thanks for the input, Martin. Any alternative possible ID ?
The tail was badly burned during import. So cant see the full potential and yes I see "male" part on the pointy anal fin.

I believe the ID to be correct based on these two recent threads. It looks to be the same fish Wesley Wong imported from Suriname too:
