Mr P needs to know where he belongs, please help us

I bought this pleco,Mr P, about 3 yrs ago when I just started my aquariums and had absolutely no clue what I was doing/buying. Approx 20cm (8inches) now, extremely difficult to get any good pics as he/ she hides in cave all day and only comes out when lights are off, freaks out if I use flash at night

Any help would be greatly appreciated
