You can probably find most of those plants at any online specialty store that sells aquatic plants, though I'll admit I don't really know plants so I can't comment on how rare any of them are.

Hi all, That particular tank is only possible with added CO2. As long as you don't mind not having a carpet planting (this one looks like Glossostigma) there are plenty of plants that do well in relatively low maintenance, low light, no added CO2 conditions. Moss will form a carpet in low light conditions, but is very slow growing.
Light is obviously important however, and if you only have the light that came with the tank, it may not have enough light (of the right wavelength) for any plants to grow.
I only have planted tanks, and plants like Indian Fern (Ceratopteris), Java fern (Microsorum), Mosses (Vesicularia/Taxiphyllum), Crypts (Cryptocoyne) spp., Amazon Swords,(Echinodorus spp.), Amazon Frogbit (Limnobium) etc. can be grown in any tank with enough light.
