Excuse me, but a man in facebook claims that these two fish are females ! What is the truth males or females ?

The second photo is likely a females or young immature male. But judging by their size relative to the plants, the possibility of being immature males is unlikely.

Females may often have short bristles that extend around the perimeter of the snout parallel to the plane of the bottom of the fish.

Males will have bristles that also extend up the snout from the lip to towards the top of the head. Only males will have these.

The first photo does not show the top of the head but the bristles around the snout look more female than male to me.
