I keep having to log in with my phone. If I log in and klick on "remember me" it doesn't work 90% of the time.
When I reply in a post I need to log in again.. Even if I just logged in to the main site.

But just 1 out of 10 times I do stay logged in and I can roam around in the forums.

Never/hardly have this on the computer.

I think the site cookie settings control this behaviour and they are OK.

iOS or Android? If the former, which browser and are you sure you're not browsing in private mode? It will be some sort of setting on the device (e.g. cookie expiry), some setting in your browser, or an environmental issue (e.g. running out of space). Tricky to know without the specifics.

I use iOS, latest version.
I'm no expert when it comes to electronics :ymblushing: But I will try and figure out if I can find the problem, on the phone.

Thanks Jools.

OK, well at least that is the same as me. First off, can you check you've not switched on private browsing in safari?

Sorry to ask, but you are definitely clicking the "keep me logged in" box on every log in?

Yes :d

I logged in this morning, and had to do so again later this afternoon. I was on another WiFi on the two occasions. Does this explain my "problem"?

Hi Jac,

The "keep me logged" in setting should store your details in a cookie accessed by the browser on the device. It should not matter that you use different connections and indeed you may have used a third in accessing the site via the cellular network and not WiFi.

I had a look into this a little more. If you go into settings -> safari, scroll down to the privacy & security section and tell me what the the three settings are? I've posted mine below.
