I think it would be very hard for the hypans to breed in my tank beacause of the many snails and shrimps...

Well, i tried to make the tank more catfish friendly with more wood and stones, the hypans likes the holes in the woods, but the shrimps and sidths as well!

The great white one? That's an African lungfish(protopterus aethiopicus).

Wow! He's an interesting little guy, looks very active. Are these quite rare? I've not seen these before, although tbh something i'd probably just give a quick glance to & walk past if it were in my lfs.

Hallo Tim!

No new tank, it's the aqua-65 i used to raise the Danio margaritatus fry, after that my son made it his castletank...with 5 or 6 castles in it...

and after that my wife made it her frogtank...

...and of course i've to clean the tank and feed the fish and frogs

The goby is a Mugilogobius adeia, a real beauty!:
