I've used it quite a bit on PVC. Take some sandpaper to the PVC before painting it - should help with adhesion. Your plecs will eventually rasp parts of it off. This has never been a problem for me except for (potentially) once, when I added a 5" royal to a tank...long story short, the royal rasped quite a bit overnight on the standpipe for a DIY sponge filter that I had painted black with Fusion. In the morning, the royal was dead. I can't prove it was the heavy dose of Fusion, but I have my suspicions. For that reason, I will avoid using Fusion in tanks with the heaviest raspers. What species are you keeping?

They'll work away at it a bit over time but should be fine. (Note: this is my opinion only...it could be that they never touch it.) Good luck!
