Help please l200 dead hade for 3 weeks

I came back from a 5 day vacation ( neighbors fed every day) but came back and he was dead parameters will be posted tom but all other fish are fine cant take to lfs till tom.

Parameters are: ph 7.6 annamonia 0ppm nitrite 0ppm nitate 0ppm temp between 75-78 degrees Fahrenheit

Once i bought a pleco from petsmart and it died because it had ick. then it gave ich to my yellow bullhead. then i cured it. but it was a painful win. so lesson learned, dont buy plecos from petsmart.

your fish looks like a pleco. are you giving it wood to eat? plecos need wood.

I cannot tell anything about what killed the OPs pleco from the pics and info provided, sorry.

A small number of plecos appear to benefit from eating wood (

of the H. cochliodon group, the majority do not.

If you are only going to be gone less than one week do not worry about feeding.
Far more fish are lost when others take care of your fish when you are gone.
