Help wierd red spot with white thing coming out of it!!!

ImageImage im not sure what it is, the fish is acting normally but this is on him. Any help appreciated, no new additions to the tank.

You can kind of see it in the first photo, its a red spot sticking out a little less than a mm and a white thing sticking out about another mm, no new additions to the tank and the last wc was sunday.
