Earthworm sticks, brine shrimp sticks and vegetable sticks as staple with once a week fresh veggies and also once a week red blood worms. They'll eat anything.

Thera A, as soon as they go in the tank the fish become active! wonder if it's the garlic?
kens sticks (shrimp, earthworm... Note: gotta be careful with the earthworm... boy can they pollute a tank quick)
I also feed blackworms.... I know some think they can get parasites from them, but I maintain if the worms are well cleaned, I don't know anything else that stimulates the fish better....
cheers
