Do albino and normal sterbai school together?

Post by Quokka »

A friend is recently starting cories and I recommended sterbai to her (Since they are my favorite haha)

She says they are okay, but that she really wants to keep albino corys too.

So I told her, "There are albino sterbai too! Since they are the same species they should...."

Then I got stumped.

Since albino sterbai and normal sterbai are the same species, would they school together? For example, one or two albinos with 6+ normals? Or are they treated as outsiders due to their different color?

Because it would be better to have a larger (6+) group of a single species than 3 species with only 2~3 each? :)

Fish don't care for color.

The problem is, however, a mixed color school will not look nicely

Thanks again Bas! Always grateful!

Good point! I will tell her that....but it is her choice haha. Personally I prefer the normal coloration way more!
