Any idea what it is and how to treat it.
Should i be worried about the other fish in the tank?

What about the other eye?

I'd troubleshoot the tank. You know the usual list of things to check. If all checks out fine, I'd just observe. If new fish were introduced into the tank, that's a suspect cause too.

Water quality is the same as it always I first noticed this about 2 weeks ago so. The fish behaves normally and still moves the eye like there is nothing wrong. I will keep and eye on it
