Colombian Blue eye confirmation

This fish was at Rare Aquatics during the CSG Convention as a Panaque cochiolodon just doublechecking that this is correct with those that saw it( or anyone else).

Rare Aquatics do ship, but I believe they don't ship to Australia... And there may be a slight problem trying to convince the border control guys that it's allowed to enter the country...

Here are some more pictures of the same fish. What makes you say this is P. cochliodon over P. suttonorum? I've skimmed through the description from the 2010 paper and the only 'solid' difference between the two is the presence of a supraoccipital hump. Which is present in P. cochliodon and absent from P. suttonorum.

And in this fish, seems to be absent, having a more rounded head.

This was another Blue Eyes that Rare Aquatics had a while back. I think it looks different with a darker body colour, has the head hump and less armoured.

I think this matches Panaque cochliodon more than P. suttonorum.
