What kind of pleco is this bought for 30$ as gold nugget really bad colors but starting to become better.

Hi Squwanto,

First, welcome to PlanetCatfish.

As for your pleco, I believe it is , the "gold spot" common pleco, not a true "gold nugget" pleco (). I hope you didn't pay too much for it - in Central California, a small to medium sized gold nugget will sell for $30-60, whereas a similar sized gold spot will be about $10-20. Also beware because gold spot common plecos grow much larger (about 30% longer) than true gold nuggets.
