The Pacific Coast Cichlid Association is privileged to host @Barbie Fiorentino TODAY (November 11th) in San Jose, CA. Barbie's presentation title is "Spawning Plecos."

PCCA meetings are held at "Harry’s Hoffbrau" located at 390 Saratoga Avenue, San Jose, CA 95129. Meetings begin at 5:30pm and run until the auction is over (sometimes as late as 12am).

Yeah...just "beam me up Scotty"... I would have loved to be there!!

I'm driving (riding) home now, after her talk. It was a terrific presentation. I was able to pick her brain on my beggini and we exchanged other ideas too. I was happy to meet her.

I first met Barbie online in late 2001 or early 2002. Probably more than any other person out there, she is responsible for where I am today re fish.

The only downside is she has always lived on the wrong coast, so I have only gotten to meet her in person in relation to CatCon.

Thanks again Barbie. you are, without doubt, the Queen of sucky fish.
