Scientific Name	Corydoras (lineage 5) sp. (Cw044)
Common Names	CW044, Butterfly Cory Sommerfuglepansermalle (Denmark)
Pronunciation	kor ee doh rass (lineage five).
Etymology	Cory = helmet, doras = skin. In this case it was incorrectly used to mean armour (cuirasse) instead of skin in allusion to the dual rows of plates that run along the flanks of this genus.
Species Information
Size	50mm or 2" SL. Find near, nearer or same sized spp.
Identification	CW44 was identified for over a decade as C. pestai, which it may well be, however the type specimen of that species is lost. So we cannot say, for certain, if it really is that species or not at least until the species is redescribed.
