Overview | The first spawn was on Tuesday 17th of December 2019. The breeding group consisted of 2 males and 3 females. The smallest male was at least 90mm SL and the smallest female was at least 100mm SL. The individuals were obtained from MA Arborfield & Pier. |

Dimensions | The aquarium dimensions were 914mm x 457mm x 305mm (36" x 18" x 12") all Length x Width x Height. |
Furniture | Lots of slate, home made slate caves, and a small piece of bogwood. Fine sand substrate. |
Filtration | HMF poret filter with two jetlifters. 4 inch poret cube filter, and small ~1200lph powerhead. |
Lighting | Basic LED strip light, not very bright. |
Heating | Room heated this tank is on the top rack and usually stays between 27-30c. |
Breeding |
Behaviour | Added 2 males to what I believe was 3 females, just over a week later there was a male on eggs. No different behavior noticed just a tiny wound on the side of a female which prompted me to check in the caves. |
Eggs | There were 30 yellow eggs laid which were 3.0mm in diameter. |
