Down Basics
Overview The first spawn was on Sunday 29th of January 2023. The breeding group consisted of 2 males and 2 females. The smallest male was at least 110mm SL and the smallest female was at least 100mm SL. The youngest adult was approximately 26 months old. The individuals were obtained from Private seller.

1.Repashy super green mixed with morning wood (dry / prepared) daily

Down Aquarium
Dimensions The aquarium dimensions were 350mm x 600mm x 380mm (13.8" x 23.6" x 15") all Length x Width x Height.
Furniture Caves and Driftwood
Filtration 5ft sump with bakki rods and jap mat, black coarse and fine water polishing sponges. 2x Xy-380 air driven sponges inside the tank.
Lighting LED stripping.
Heating 2x 600w schego heaters in the sump.
Down Breeding
Behaviour Usual trapping but once laid the male ate the infertile eggs. First batch so they will get better next time.
Eggs There were 30 yellow eggs laid which were 2.0mm in diameter.
Segregation No chance as the eggs were eaten, but i will put in a fry box next time and then to a growout tank.

Juvenile sizes 1 month: 0mm
3 months: 0mm
6 months: 0mm
Fry and juvenile feeding I will feed same as adults on their next batch.
