It does seem to be Pseudolaguvia Ribeiroi because of how dark it is, but it is kind of hard to tell. Because of packaging and stress the colors may change when settled in the tank. I think it may be the pectoral spines of the Megalodoras Irwini. They are a large doradid found throughout much of South America. The skeleton Jools posted very closely resembles this catfish.

2-3 spotted pimelodella would also be a good choice. They are not too small, active, beautiful, and very cheap and common. Tthey can get about 4-5 inches and are great eaters.
