I would choose C. panda for hard water out of those two.
As far as I remember C. guapore originates from very soft water and is not as robust as C. panda.

Rio Tapajós (origin habitat of L 260) is a clear water stream with low pH (somewhat below 6) and low conductivity (~20uS/cm) of the water.

the pH is usuall around 6,0 in this tank with very soft water (nearly no calcium carbonate: KH ~1°), temperature ~28 °C.
They have not been very picky with respect to the caves, they have spawned in natural wooden caves but also in caves of schist or clay.

I don't think that the small L66 would stop them to breed unless you adapt the temperature according to the needs of Hyancistrus species.
These two species don't fit, green stripes seem to need cold water to breed (below 25°C) and L66 need warm water (above 25°C).

as mentioned before you should try with warm water and minimal hardness (I always breed them with 27°-28°C, KH 1-2).
They sometimes also breed in my other tank with 25°C and KH 6 but then I have large losses.
They need caves (clay, wood, schist) but are not very choosy in this aspect.

I've had 5 L333 in a 100l tank without any problems. They are not very agressive, as long as you have enough caverns (mainly occupied by the males, more than fish) and some additional hiding places for the females.
