I was looking into getting one but was wondering if people had any extra info that I should know. I did read that they can bury, do they bury as much as spiny eels or just parts of the time?. Thx in advance

Think the DNA looks different in these two spp. I will consult Mols book when I get home. I think this fellow could have it's own species entry... Update, he has settled into the 125 pretty well. He will come out during the day on occasion and will cruise around all night. His stripes are so shiny it looks so cool. First 2 pics are from when he was still in the 55

Update: He is doing great, fully recovered from the damage he sustained after being chewed on my my old endlicheri bichir. He is one of the most active cats I have ever seen, he will roam around during the day and at night he swims laps around the tank and begs for more food. Here is is chilling wit...
