Food wise, I would agree with the above. My blue phantom loves courgette (aka zucchini) and always eats the green skin first, though he also eats the whole lot within 48 hours. Keep them on smooth sand not gravel. Treat with Melafix. Keep a close eye for spreading bacterial infection. If all is well they should re-grow
