I may have posted this here before but here is another pleco that needs an ID.
First time they were found in Florida, a guy in Hawaii has some now and asking for an ID. I'm trying to buy the 20" specimen. I will upload for photos when he sends them to me.
He didn't give a catch location.

male Hypostomus sp.
Diificult to identify on species level without a correct location. Even more because its one of the many spotted species.

Have you ever seem them with pectoral fins like that? Out of all the plecos, throughout the years, never have I seen them with orange pecs like this and they only seem to be in one location, somewhere in FL.

Well, its obviously not a native species to Florida, but introduced.
The orange pectoral spines are not seen very often, but they show up from time to time on pictures.
