Would appreciate if you can help to ID my fish.
It looks very much like a... gibbiceps?

sorry for the bad angle. He/She is still new to the tank.

Hi jarayrapheal,

Yes that is a bad camera angle. :-). A better photo would yield a more confident ID. But even so, I think you're correct: .

That they do, for the first year. After they reach some 15 cm, they are almost Always in the open.

How do you sex gibbiceps does anyone know i have around 20 and 25cm in length
And whats ideal breading temp can any1 help

As the male burrows a hole in the clay, which is norrmally around 1 meter in length, I am afraid breeding will not be an option.

I can't tell any clue about sexing them. Still, the normal way to sex Lorricarids - males broader near the pectoral fins, females broader in the belly region might apply.
