To me it looks like an obscure catfish species that is often sold as "Blue jumper catfish". We as a community appear to still not know what species this exactly is. There are several guesses. If interested, I can fetch a link or two to the relevant threads.

I plan to do some info on this group of fishes soon, spent some time with John Lundberg talking about this fish earlier this year and I will try to get that onto the site soon.
