Brown derpy fish id please

I bought a tank the had two of the these little guys in it. They are about 3 inches long. Mostly brown, nocturnal and quite a bit bossy to the snails! Lol the one loves to throw the snails out if his cave. I would like to know what they are so I can learn more about them and provide the best care! Thank you :)
