Unless the hand in the photo is tiny, these may look too big for bufonius, these look well over 12" for total length.

At a glance it does seem to be a pseudopimelodus species but as Viktor notes it does seem larger then p. bufonis as their adult sizes rarely exceed 23 cm (9") TL. I once had a darker version of p. bufonis that grew to 28 cm (11") TL. Without seeing a horizontal profile to reveal markings and caudal fin shape it's mostly guesswork...
Africa: Claroteidae- P. monkei, 3-P. punctatus, A. occidentalis-Volta, 3-A. biscutatus, 2-N. macrostoma. Mocho.- syno. batensoda, 2-syno. pardalis. South America: Pimelodids-p. blochii, 2-platysilurus mucosus. Pseudopim's- 2-lophiosilurus alexandri, batrochoglanis cf. villosus. Doradidae-anadoras grypus, 2-rhinodoras dorbigny, 2-wertheimeria maculata
