Unless the hand in the photo is tiny, these may look too big for bufonius, these look well over 12" for total length.

At a glance it does seem to be a pseudopimelodus species but as Viktor notes it does seem larger then p. bufonis as their adult sizes rarely exceed 23 cm (9") TL. I once had a darker version of p. bufonis that grew to 28 cm (11") TL. Without seeing a horizontal profile to reveal markings and caudal fin shape it's mostly guesswork...
