Which L# is my little dude?
I've had him about 4 or 5 months, and he hasn't grown much (also I have no idea if he's a he but I'm not worried about it, I got him to enjoy not breed) and is about 6-7cm long. I've identified him as either a Peckoltia lujani or braueri but I could be wrong. The stripes on his body were more like spots when I got him, but the head spots haven't changed much. I'm feeding mostly algae wafers (not the best diet I know but I can't do a lot where I am)

Cool, a picture would help us get you a firm ID. Can you attach one to a post and we'll have a go at ID?

I agree with Jools. There is little help we can offer without a picture. That said, and bear little resemblance. How did you distill your choices down to those two? Thinking of the mismatch between the distinct lines of P. braueri and the ambiguous spotting of lujani, this makes me think of , which can have both lines and spots on the head. Again, a picture is worth a thousand words.

Eric
