Is this fish an Ancistrus sp. rio paraguay?

Hi all - I picked up this little guy (~2.5" long) at my LFS. They didn't know what it was, and neither do I. Ancistrus, for sure. Rio Paraguay?
Looks like the captive bred fish I have, bought with the same name.
