Heading to Sweden.. Any Fish Stores?

Post by nvcichlids »

So, I am heading to Sweden in 2 weeks from today. I will be there 9 days. I fly into Stockholm (Arlanda(sp?) airport). We are taking a train back to Borlänge and that is where I will be visiting. I was wondering if there are any fish places near Borlänge or near the airport in Sweden? I am moving there sometime in 2016, so I would like to hear of other places too as I will have atleast 1 tank when I move.

Thanks guys,

The best shops I've been to is Nols Ciklidhobby (Just north of Gothenburg) and Aquazoo (a good hours drive south of Gothenburg). I haven't been, but Akvarielagret in Bromma (just outside Stockholm) has had good reviews.

I have asked on a Swedish Facebook group, will forward any replies...

Thank you.. my significant other who lives there isn't big into fish, but she enjoyed going through stores while here, visiting the aquariums and liked how my tank looks. We are going to try one tank to start, and if everything goes well, then add to it. She knows how much fun I have with the fish (and she did like snails/shrimp) so i see hooking her into the hobby :)

I am assuming it is also easy to pick up used tanks there (Europe in general)?
