Abstract.
Ambiguity in the fish naming is present in several fish species database, especially for fish in Siluformes order. To fix the ambiguity, a visual intelligent system is needed to automate the fish naming correction in the database. In this study, we developed a deep-learning-based model as the core of the intelligent system. The proposed model achieved 89% accuracy for the classification of three genera in Siluformes order: , , and .
  • Keywords: fish image classification, intelligent system, deep learning, siluformes.

Interesting, thanks for posting. The seek app (iNaturlist on the web) can ID fish to around family level. I think down to genus is going to struggle, the way we classify [fish] species doesn't lend itself to AI. That is, until we get aquariums with many cameras on/in them.

Currently, this paper is just a working paper. It is uploaded to ResearchGate, but as far as I can tell has not been submitted to any peer-reviewed journal, or really any "journal" in the traditional sense. ResearchGate does allow authors to post works-in-progress, but until today I've never seen any articles released ("published") there. That said, ResearchGate apparently has its own DOI code.

Cheers, Eric

Make sure to examine this site https://directloantransfer.com/instant-cash/ if you need some instant cash ResearchGate does allow authors to post works-in-progress, but until today I've never seen any articles released ("published") there. That said, ResearchGate apparently has its own DOI code.

probably they are implementing some other kind of publishing
