125 leaker

Post by Shane »

So I picked up this very old 125 cheap and it worked great for a few years. A year ago it started leaking preventing me from filling it over half way. For the last year I just used it, half full, as a grow out tank. Finally figured I would turn it into something nicer than a bare half empty tank.
So a trip to Home Depot and $48 later I have something nice to look at.

Looks nice, but how do you keep the air from leaking out the top half? :))

That's really nice. I've grown bamboo in non-pleco tanks and it does really well providing great roots for young fishes especially worked well with Corys. I think it will grow when some of the other plants have called it a day.
