Sorry I forgot to add that it's a 3 gallon tank with the betta and it's a 20 gallon tank with the Cory's and Glo-fish. I will take an updated photo and post to better show the whole tank.

I've decided to change to a sand bottom. I notice that a lot of food gets down in the gravel and I do a lot of cleaning.

Welcome to the Planet! Interesting tanks. Looks like the plants are the glowing kind too.

Yes, gravel is an accumulator of uneaten food and waste. Plus, your cory will appreciate the sand better.
