Just came across a beautiful goldline at one of my LFS and am tempted to buy it.
I'm currently running a 150g South American set up with a great variety of places. Somehow I've resisted getting a royal (probably because I'm already doing enough tank cleaning as is) and while I'm tempted with this one, I'm worried about how big it can get.
For those of you with these fish, how long do you feel it'd be OK in a 150? The fish roughly 6" now.
My largest pleco currently is about an 8" Rhino that I've had for probably 2 years.
While I have some cactus, an l14 and l48, I've had them all for a few years now and they're still small.
If these are slower growing, I'd love to give it a shot. If it's going to hit a foot in just couple of years then I'll probably pass.
