My best guess would be 1&2 possible females, 3&4 male, based on body shape.

If they are recently purchased, I would say it will be easier to sex them once they have been eating well for a couple months.

The first one looks female to me, I'm not sure about the other two.

The only Hypancistrus I keep are and both sexes spend all their time in caves.

I can only tell you, that pic 2 and pic 3 show a male. You will need to provide better pictures.

You should provide them with smaller caves. Chances are you will not get spawns with caves that are way too big for the fish.
