L-333 and l-201 eating snails?

Will some plecos (like L-333, 201 etc) actually eat snails?

I've seen my L201 rating snails before, but not enough to keep the snails in control and not enough to suffice as food for the L201.

Hi
Hypancistrus are not as willing to feed on snails as Pseudacanthicus and Scobinancistrus are, but occasionally you will see an individual feeding on a snail. Smashed snails though are very welcome as fresh food.
