Just picked up a Synodontis Petricola “pink”

Post by Ralfieboy »

Wonder how they created this variant. Line bred in darkness? Blind cave characin comes to mind. I have him in QT and when he grows a bit he will join my Petricola colony. Now there is also a RTC Phantom in the market.....

Hi Ralfieboy,
Petricola "pink"? Never heard of it. Can you get a photo or two when it is adjusted to your tanks? Thanks!

Cheers, Eric

Segrest distributes this fish. They have it listed as "Pink Syno. Petricola Catfish"and ID'd a S.petricola. I've never kept one to see what it might be.
