Blue jumper cat?

Hey everyone,
I'm new to planet catfish, but frequently use the cat-elog, so I figured it was time I joined up.
I was wondering if anyone here was familiar with a fish called the "blue jumper cat." The name is used by collectors in Iquitos, Peru for a smallish pimelodid with a dark, bluish back and long barbels. I've attached two photos of different specimens. Any thoughts on what species this is? I have yet to even figure out the genus....

The OP and I spoke about his fish on MFK and I advised to ask here.

Here is my PCF thread on a trio of fish I bought from Jeff Rapps under the same name - Blue jumper catfish, that Jeff thought were Pinirampus pirinampu... but time has been showing this is not it - they don't have the flat wide barbels and do not grow to any significant extent, feels like a small fish. Back in my thread, Amiidae too thought mine are Exallodontus.

But really, I too am confused what my fish are.

I've only one left and it is not growing or not growing to any noticeable extent, has been sitting at 6" for a long while.
