I know nothing about where this guy comes from.
About 10 cm long. Might it be Pseudacanthicus?

Hi paratilapia,

Based on the triangular bone spur on the back of the head, I suspect this is , not . But these genera are not my focus, so I might be incorrect.

I agree, furthermore I'd go with as the ID due to the darker markings on the distal edges of the fins.
