Error message when quick adding an existing species

Post by bekateen »

Hi Jools,
I tried to add Hypostomus spiniger in response to Karsten's post about H. commersoni, but I received this error after pressing submit:
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Using $this when not in object context in /home/webcat/planetcatfish.com/admin/functions/add_species.php:110 Stack trace: #0 /home/webcat/planetcatfish.com/admin/classes/quick_add_species.php(51): add_species('Hypostomus spin...', true, 5) #1 /home/webcat/planetcatfish.com/admin/index.php(351): quick_add_species->submit(Object(phpbb\db\driver\factory)) #2 /home/webcat/planetcatfish.com/admin/index.php(297): arn_admin_guts('qas', Object(phpbb\db\driver\factory), Object(phpbb\user), '5.2.0') #3 {main} thrown in /home/webcat/planetcatfish.com/admin/functions/add_species.php on line 110

This bug is fixed. Bit of an obscure one, the bug would only appear if you tried to "quick add" a species name that already existed but as a synonym of something else. Anyway, the whole thing now works as it should. Want to try it out?

:-)

Thanks for reporting,

Jools
