Compatibility of Syno Multipunctatus and Severums. Ph of tank is 7.2. Doable?

No.

S multipunctatus comes from Lake Tanganyica, and that is a very large lake, with a constant pH, for eages constant. In other words, fishes from that lake will not be very tolerant in matters of pH, temperature (should be 24 C (~75 F), not the 27 C (80 F) your Heros severum requires) feeding (Heros better have a day of fasting a week, your Synos will prefer having a daily meal) and perhaps much more.
