Loricariids that would thrive in similar water temperatures as scleromystax barbatus?

Post by Quandale »

I was wondering if there were any loricariids that would thrive in a similar water temperature range to S.barbatus, the website here shows only one species of pleco and i was wondering if there were more that it didn't show

Hi Quandale,

There are very few Loricariids from that area that area:

Unfortunately, essentially none of these are in the hobby on a regular basis.

Hypostomus latifrons and others from the Rio Parana would work at 70F.
